Recipe for a Delicious Potato Omelette Breakfast:


Ingredients:

- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 4 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

  4. Add potatos into the mixture cover the bowl and wait 10 minutes

  5. Pour the mixture to the skillet.

  6. Cook until the eggs are set and the bottom is golden brown.

  7. Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side until golden brown.

  8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.

  9. Enjoy your delicious potato omelette breakfast!
