One pan Chicken and Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
6 chicken drumstick(~2 lbs)
1 brown onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup green peas
2 carrot
2 cup long grain white rice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt (10 gr)
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Rinse the rice and soak for 10 minutes
In the meantime, finely chop the onion and dice the carrot
Add the olive oil to the pan and heat it up
Sauté the onion in for around 2-3 minutes until they become soft
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, cook 2 minutes
Add carrots, green peas then price cook 4-5 minutes
Transfer the rice to the pan, add chicken to the top and add boiled water
Mix 1 tbsp tomato paste with 1 tbsp olive oil and pinch of salt. Coat the top of chichen
Cover with wet and crumpled parchment paper
Bring the oven 60 minutes, cook last 10 minutes without paper
