Enjoy a nutritious and delicious oatmeal bowl topped with fresh berries for a healthy start to your day!

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp red berries
Honey for the topping (optional)
Instructions
Boil 1 cup of milk with 1/2 cup of rolled oats
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings such as fruits, nuts, seeds, honey, or maple syrup.
