Menemen is a classic Turkish breakfast dish that is simple to prepare and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 small onion
2 tomato
1 small bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Finely chop the tomatoes and onion, and slice the pepper.
Add the olive oil to the pan and heat it up.
Sauté the onion in for around 2-3 minutes until golden.
Next, add the sliced peppers, tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
Add the eggs and cook on low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Tip: Serve with chopped parsley
